Products are guaranteed only if used as intended. All accessories that may be packed with your product, such as clips and stakes, are guaranteed for the first season only. 

WHAT YOUR LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

  1. Commercial applications
  2. Burned out bulbs/LEDs
  3. Misuse or tampering
  4. Batteries
  5. Damage caused by improper consumer handling
  6. Components that may weather, age or discolor due to a chemical reaction when exposed to UV, oils, heat, acid rain, atmospheric oxygen and some salts.

STEP ONE

Locate your sales receipt. 

A valid sales receipt is needed in order to process your Limited Guarantee claim. The sales receipt is your proof of purchase and is required to establish ownership rights associated with the Limited Guarantee. With your valid sales receipt we are also able to verify the date that you purchased your product.


STEP TWO

Check the length of your Limited Guarantee.

The length of your Limited Guarantee is indicated on your retail box, as well as on the insert located inside the retail box. Your coverage begins on the date of purchase on your sales receipt.


STEP THREE

Sending your product for repair or replacement.

Nicolas Holiday Inc.'s Limited Guarantee covers repair or replacement (same or equivalent) of eligible products.

You must send the product prepaid along with a legible copy of your sales receipt to:

We do not send new products in advance of receiving returned products. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for processing.
