Products are guaranteed only if used as intended. 

WHAT YOUR LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

  1. Commercial applications
  2. An individual unlit replaceable bulb/LED
  3. Misuse or tampering
  4. Damage caused by improper consumer handling, storage, or product alteration
  5. Components that may weather, age, or discolor due to a chemical reaction when exposed to UV, oils, heat, acid raid, atmospheric oxygen, and some salts.

STEP ONE

Register your product. 

You must register your product prior to obtaining service. If you have already done this, please proceed. If you need to register your product, please go here first.


STEP TWO

Check the length of your Limited Guarantee.

The length of your Limited Guarantee is located on your retail carton as well as on the insert inside your carton. Your coverage begins on the date of purchase on your sales receipt.


STEP THREE

What your Limited Guarantee entitles you to.

Please contact customer support to request an initial, one-time prepaid mailer* to return your product to our authorized repair center at St. Nick's Fix, 246 Spring Hill Road, Unit B, Trumbull, CT 06611, Attention: Customer Service. Return shipment is free of charge. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for processing and sending replacement parts. Note: We do not send new products prior to receiving a product from a customer.

* For subsequent support please send your product prepaid to St. Nick's Fix, 246 Spring Hill Road, Unit B, Trumbull, CT 06611, Attention: Customer Service. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for processing and return of product.
