- UPC bar code on retail packaging
- Color(s) of the light bulbs
- Number of light bulbs
- Length of use
- Purchase location
- Number of sets connected

For pre-lit trees
- UPC bar code on retail packaging
- Tree model/style
- Tree height
- Year tree was purchased
- Rows that are unlit
- Color of the bulbs on the tree
- Troubleshooting attempts so far

All current GE lights have plug markings.
They are located on the bladed plug. The markings are located on the opposite side of the fuse holder. It will have the GE logo on it. It will also have two letters and two numbers below the logo.
We must have the plug markings information to assist you (example: HC 08).
